◾️Common Sauna
Made of Japanese cypress wood.
The fragrant components in cypress have the effect of stabilizing the autonomic nervous system and improving the quality of sleep.
The cool, refreshing scent of coniferous trees calms the mind and improves concentration, making it a perfect match for saunas.
Enjoy the pleasant vapors in the self-launge.
◾️ water-bath
PARADISE offers two types of water baths.
This is a very low temperature water bath of single temperature (single digit temperature of less than 10°C). Since the water temperature is very low, please use at your own risk and never overdo it according to your own physical condition.
The water is available at the temperature of a typical water bath (16°C).
Bathing in baths of different temperatures will stimulate the pumping of blood flow, relieve body fatigue, and refresh the body.
