The island's sauna is equipped with a custom-built convection stove loaded with Finnish sauna stones. The temperature is set to the optimum level (95°-105°) for totoni depending on the season and outside temperature. Sunlight streams in through the windows of the sauna room, and background music selected based on the theme of "leisure time on a southern island" plays soothingly in the sauna room. In the outdoor air bath space, you can enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and watch the sunset over Ise Bay.

01 Water bath temperature to be adjusted each season
The water bath is equipped with a cooling system that adjusts the temperature in the range of 15 to 20 degrees Celsius, the optimum temperature for toning according to the season and outside temperature.
02 Available at any time of the day
Sauna lovers want to be in the sauna at any time of the day, morning, noon, or night. The saunas on the island will fulfill such wishes.
03 supreme outdoor air bath
The sound of waves coming from the ocean, the sight of ferries and fishing boats coming and going, and an outdoor bathing space with a panoramic view of the setting sun will transport you to a supreme state of relaxation.
04 Both men and women are allowed to wear swimsuits.
